- Operate professional-grade cleaning and restoration equipment to provide top-quality service to our clients.
- Assess carpet and property damage to determine the most effective course of action for restoration.
- Communicate clearly with customers about the cleaning process and what they can expect during the job.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment to ensure they are always ready for the next project.
- Work alongside the rest of the crew to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.
- Document all work performed and keep accurate records for each service call.
- Minimum3 years of verifiable professional experience in carpet cleaning, restoration, water mitigation, or a closely related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
