• Previous Floorhand/Motorhand/Derrickhand experience with over 1 year of drilling rig experience.
• A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
• Mustpass a physical fitness test anddrug and alcohol screening
• Able to handle
  14-day rotations and
  12-hour shifts outdoors
• A strong work ethic and commitment tosafety and teamwork
• Willingness to embrace Precision’s safety culture and key operating principles

• Starting pay for
  Floor hands: $28.50/hr.,
  Motor hands: $30.11/hr.,
  Derrickhands: $34.07/hr., allwith steady overtime
