We are currently hiring Dump Truck Drivers in Clearfield, PA. The position is scheduled to begin in April/May 2026.
Job OverviewMidland Asphalt Materials Inc., a subsidiary of Barrett Industries Corporation, provides advanced pavement preservation solutions for our customers’ needs.
Main Responsibilities- Pickup and deliver materials to jobsites in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate vehicles according to the DOT and company’s safety standards.
- Carry out standard upkeep and minor repairs of vehicle in accordance with the company’s environmental guidelines and regulations.
- Notify supervisor in the event of anomalies.
- Perform daily pre and post trip inspections of assigned vehicle, including climbing up, on, and over the unit to verify everything is in proper working order.
- Work varying shifts and hours dependent on job demands.
- Must have a valid Class B CDL.
- Must have a good driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
- Wears and maintains personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Regularly required to climb in and out of vehicles and/or equipment.
- Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Regularly required to stand and walk across uneven terrain.
- Frequent exposure to loud noise.
- Regularly exposed to all outdoor weather conditions, dust, and airborne particles, and high temperatures.
- Regularly exposed to fuel, oil, and other chemicals.
- Occasional travel with overnight stays away from home may be required.
