Heavy Equipment Operator; Pecos

In a supervised work crew setting, the Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe, appropriate and efficient manner to maximize task completion while minimizing the risk of property damage, injury or loss of life. Heavy equipment may include farm tractors, trucks, front end loaders, scrapers, dozers, graders, compactors other pieces of equipment and related implements. The Heavy Equipment Operator must also clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed by legislation, policies and procedures.

Additional labor-only responsibilities may be required of Heavy Equipment Operators as needed. Must have a valid driver’s license, have an acceptable driving record, and be able to pass a drug test.

• Paperwork – I understand that I must complete paperwork required of me in a timely manner, including but not limited to new hire paperwork, annual benefits paperwork, work orders, and safety paperwork.
• Timekeeping – I understand that I am responsible for clocking in and out and entering ticket numbers into my own timesheet. I understand that I am responsible for notifying my supervisor of a missed punch in a timely manner. I understand that I am not permitted to alter my time, and doing so is grounds for termination.
• Zero Tolerance Workplace – I understand that Warrior Technologies is a “Zero Tolerance” workplace, and a positive drug or alcohol screen will result in immediate termination.
• Safe Driving – I understand that I am expected to always practice safe driving while representing Warrior Technologies.
• Safety Training – I understand that I am responsible for timely completion of all safety training required of me.
• PPE – I understand that I am required to always wear all issued personal protective equipment as required by the task and customer.
• Accident Reporting – I understand that I am responsible for reporting all accidents, incidents, and near-misses immediately to my supervisor. Failure to report an accident or incident could result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
