As a Dispatcher, you will manage drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers. This role is responsible for overseeing the application of appropriate DOT standards, reporting, scheduling, and supporting customer service/sales goals of the business unit.

• Manage drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers.
• Oversee the application of appropriate DOT standards.
• Handle reporting and scheduling duties.
• Support customer service/sales goals of the business unit.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in role applications of various construction/industrial equipment.
• Experience applying knowledge of the DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Customer service & dispatch training is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the delivery area.
• Able to effectively communicate.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.

Base Pay Range: $61,934.
