We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counterperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts and a passion for customer service. As a Parts Counterperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians with their parts needs, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts.
• Process parts orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain an organized and clean parts counter and storage area.
• Manage inventory levels and notify the parts manager of any shortages.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process returns and warranty claims as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an automotive parts department, preferably with Mercedes-Benz.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems such as CDK and Paragon.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with parts catalog and inventory management software.
• Valid driver’s license.
