Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the automotive industry and a desire to develop their technical skills and knowledge. As an Apprentice Technician, you will work alongside experienced technicians to learn and perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
Responsibilities- Assist experienced technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles.
- Perform basic inspections, oil changes, tire rotations, and other preventive maintenance services.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using specialized diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Continuously develop technical skills through on-the-job training and formal education.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic automotive knowledge and a strong desire to learn.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
