Optometrist - Flagship Center & Technology-Driven Practice

A respected and expanding multi-specialty eye care group is opening a new flagship medical and surgical center in Midlothian, TX
, and is seeking an Optometrist who thrives in a high-tech, patient-centered environment.

As a key clinical provider at this new flagship site, you’ll deliver full-scope optometric services while helping develop and refine the systems that make care smarter, faster, and more personalized.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive eye exams and managing ocular disease.
• Conducting surgical pre- and post-operative evaluations for cataract and refractive procedures.
• Supporting dry eye therapy, myopia management, and specialty contact lenses

• Collaborating with surgeons, technicians, and administrators to ensure seamless, technology-driven workflows.
• Providing input on AI-supported EMR systems
  , telehealth initiatives, and data-based process improvements.

This position blends hands-on clinical care with strategic influence - giving you a voice in how technology enhances efficiency and patient experience across the entire organization.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain.
