Patient Experience Specialist - Front Office; Mental Health

Geode Health is hiring a Practice Assistant in Midlothian, TX to be the friendly first impression and the glue for daily operations. You will manage patient check-in/out, coordinate intake, assist with referrals, and support both administrative and clinical workflows in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and comfort with Athena EMR. Prior healthcare experience and an Associate or Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
