The Operation Manager leads the company's day-to-day operations to ensure that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is responsible for ensuring that the company's goals, objectives, and mission are carried out through daily operations and client interactions. This role is a vital part of driving company culture and values.

• Lead day-to-day construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Hire, train, and mentor field leadership to promote accountability, efficiency, and a strong safety culture.
• Enforce company standards, safety policies, and contract specifications through regular jobsite audits and coaching.
• Monitor production metrics, job costs, and WIP data in Aspire; report performance trends and corrective actions to the Vice President of Construction.

• 5+ years experience in leading teams
• 5+ years in an operational role
• Irrigation License Preferred
• Proficient with computer systems (ie. Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk, Pro Est, etc.)
