- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of facilities with medium voltage and low voltage electrical distribution systems.
- Experience with data center equipment/environments (e.g., switch gear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, etc.).
- Experience managing teams to deliver industrial-type capital projects, including engineering, construction management, and project controls.
- Understanding of start-up/commissioning processes.

As a Campus Lead, you’ll manage data center projects from initial concept and design through construction and deployment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and within budget while meeting our high standards for quality and efficiency.
We’re expanding our global infrastructure and are searching for a driven, detail-oriented Campus Lead to join our Data Center Construction team on the delivery of a campus in the San Antonio TX metro.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000–$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple data center projects from inception to completion, overseeing all phases including concept development, design, construction, and deployment.
- Gather and analyze internal requirements, translating them into effective solutions that meet the needs of our data center operations teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze and evaluate complex construction challenges, developing creative solutions that minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
