Folder Gluer Operator – Midlothian, TX Area

Direct Hire | 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts Available

Pay: $26–$30 per hour

• Set up and operate folder gluer machines.
• Run a variety of carton styles, including:
• 4-corner
• 6-corner
• Lock-bottom
• Straight-line
• Auto-bottom
• Adjust machine components, feeding mechanisms, folding swords, and glue applicators for efficient production.
• Continuously inspect cartons for proper glue adhesion, dimensional accuracy, clean folds, and print registration.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and clean equipment.
• Coordinate with feed and packing crews to maintain production flow.
  
  Scan finished products into inventory.
• Follow all plant safety procedures and maintain 5S workplace organization standards.
• Complete daily production reports and document mechanical failures.

• 1–3 years of experience operating Bobst or Jagenberg folder gluers.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read technical drawings and bending plans.
• Able to stand and walk for 5–7 hours per shift.
• Frequently lift up to 40 lbs.
