Seeking an elite Licensed Vocational Nurse. Previous home health experience preferred. This position is full time with an expectation of 30 productivity points completed per week. Clinicians are paid per point and may earn additional pay by completing more than 30 points per week.

• Comfortable treating wounds.
• Serve as patient advocate and maintain communication with physicians, referral sources, caregivers, and facility management to facilitate coordination of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, including infusion therapy, wound care, teaching, and disease management.
• Participate in regular case conferences and in-services.
• Serve ~5 patients a day, Monday–Friday.
• Strong organization skills and time management.
• Able to multitask and meet timelines.
• Professional appearance and effective communication skills.
• Current Texas LVN license.
• Three years of clinical nursing experience.
• Current Texas driver’s license.
• CPR required.
• Experience with healthcare software.
• Competency to perform any skilled procedure within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act.
