LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Midlothian, TX and surrounding areas. Salary: $62,000 - $75,000. Full/part time shifts (days, nights, weekends).

• Focus on medical needs and treatment of infants, children and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
