- Hold team accountable to service standards, appropriate customer engagement, activity procedures, safety, and overall expectations; manage attendance, punctuality, coverage, timekeeping, callouts, and performance issues with the staffing agency and the client through the approved reporting channel
- Ensure completion of required opening/closing checklists, daily photos, sales/traffic reporting, incident reports, and supply/inventory requests; resolve or elevate customer, security, safety, technology, and facility issues
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, specialty‑store, hospitality, or high‑volume customer service experience; prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Experience with POS systems, inventory replenishment, opening/closing, and daily reporting strongly preferred.
- Confident communicator who can work collaboratively with store associates, client representatives, and customers required
- Strong judgement, reliability, organization, and comfort resolving issues in a fast‑paced Holiday retail environment required
