• Sales and Customer Acquisition:
  Engage with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Lead Generation:
  Proactively seek out new leads through referrals, community involvement, and networking events.
• Relationship Building:
  Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention; provide ongoing support to meet evolving needs.
• Cross-Selling and Upselling:
  Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products and financial services that align with customers’ needs.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with the team to achieve individual and agency sales targets.

• Sales
  
  Experience:
  
  Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred; strong passion for sales and a desire to succeed are encouraged to apply.
