This role is with Goosehead Insurance, a franchise partner opportunity. Base pay range is $53,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr. Actual pay is based on skills and experience. This position is located in Midlothian, TX with potential opportunities in surrounding areas.

The team is responsible for new business revenue generation monthly and works to achieve these goals on an individual and team level. Account Executives are provided with extensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, business development, and more.

The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:

• Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industries.
• Working with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyzing options with a large carrier portfolio, and providing a custom solution to mitigate household risk.

The first year earnings potential ranges from $53,000 - $90,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package varies by agency but offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can significantly increase annual income. Top performers may qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.

• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired
