Schedule:Full-time, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

To succeed as our Comfort Advisor, you'll need to have a consultative sales approach as you meet with homeowners and discuss tailored solutions for their unique heating and air conditioning needs. You'll foster connections with prospective and existing customers, build their trust in your expertise, and promote solutions designed to improve comfort, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability. With an outgoing and confident attitude, you'll meet with local homeowners, perform in-home system evaluations, and recommend solutions for improving performance.
You'll present system options and financing options, clearly answer any questions, and address concerns to encourage homeowners to choose us for the job. You'll follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with our work, accurately document sales activities and interactions, and professionally represent our company while upholding our values.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Professional, personable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and foster positive, long-term customer relationships
- Organizational skills and a self motivation to do a great job
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform required physical tasks like moving objects weighing 10 - 20 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in areas such as attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops
Sales experience, especially in an HVAC or in-home services position, is highly desired but not needed for the right person!
