We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Handyman with skills in multiple trades. Ace Handyman Services values independent thinkers with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a desire to enjoy the variety we offer.

Compensation: $30.00 per hour. The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. Most projects are for Repeat and Referral Customers, who appreciate our high level of service and often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name. Ace Handyman Services is a franchise network of Independently Owned and Operated Franchises. • Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Tile work
• Basic plumbing and electrical

• 3+ years of handyman experience
• Own truck or van and tools
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades

Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Must be a quick thinker and able to examine a problem and come up with a resolution promptly and professionally.

Excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers. Presentable with a clean-cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, and organized tools.

• Looks around the property, communicates possible repairs or services to the customer
• Takes time to earn the customer’s confidence and then discusses additional work that could be performed
• Occasionally fixes small items and demonstrates capability to handle more work
• Punctual, efficient, and maintains high integrity with focus on customer satisfaction
