Delivery & Pick Up Driver

Overview

Our drivers pick up orders and deliver finished orthodontic appliances in the company provided vehicle. It is the driver’s job to drive safely, deliver goods on-time and effectively communicate with our customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Valid drivers’ license with a good driving record.
• Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedule.
• Ability to walk and carry orders or finished appliances to and from customer’s offices.
• Ability to remain calm while driving in traffic and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.

• Good attendance
• Follow the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading/unloading.
• Effectively communicate with office and customers.
• Meet delivery deadlines
• Ability to apply work instructions and follow procedures
• Safeguard and protect confidentiality of company and patient information as defined by the company’s Confidentiality Agreement.
• Follow all safety requirements and use personal protective equipment where required.
• Understand how one’s performance can impact the success of the organization.
