GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Yard and Dock Coordinator for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:30pm) with an additional Weekend 2nd Shift (Fri-Mon 2:00pm-12:30am) at our Texas facility. You will lead dock activities, coordinate trailer movements, and maintain safety and efficiency across yard operations.
The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with operations and customer teams, and a strong commitment to process adherence and 7S standards. Prior dock/yard experience is essential.
