We're looking for an Accounting & Business Services Manager to join an established Accounting and Business Advisory Services team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, values client relationships and wants to play a key role in mentoring teams while working closely with senior leadership. Applications will be accepted from experienced Assistant Manager level candidates.

How you'll make your mark We're looking for... ACCA, ACA or ICAS or equivalent experience.

Experience producing year-end accounts, management accounts and VAT returns.

Good IT skills, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to manage deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Leadership experience including coaching and mentoring others.

You are... Naturally client-focused and commercially aware.

Comfortable leading teams and reviewing work.

Confident supporting advisory projects and technical queries.

Well organised, reliable and adaptable.
