Securing integration across process, data, technology and control design, delivering cohesive and aligned transformation outcomes
Driving consistency and reuse across Finance value streams, simplifying design and enabling scalable solutions that improve efficiency and support standardisation across the function
Partnering with Finance leaders to manage the behavioural, cultural and operational impact of change, embedding new ways of working and securing adoption across teams
Supporting governance through structured design assurance and progress tracking, providing transparency on delivery, risks and outcomes across Finance Evolution initiatives

You’ll be able to translate strategic intent into practical, sequenced execution, so transformation is both ambitious and deliverable.
You’ll combine strong digital and AI fluency with a systems thinking mindset, enabling you to design Finance as an integrated operating model across process, data, technology, people and controls.
You’ll also demonstrate:
Experience operating effectively in ambiguous and fast‑changing environments, navigating complexity while maintaining clarity of direction and delivery focus

Clear and impactful communication skills, conveying complex ideas in a way that supports understanding, decision‑making and action
The ability to connect strategy, architecture and delivery into a coherent whole, so transformation is aligned, integrated and outcome‑focused Hours
