This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Roofing Estimator located in Gorebridge. The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors. The role involves conducting site assessments, reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents, and presenting estimates in a professional and clear manner. Other key tasks include maintaining accurate cost records, collaborating with project teams to meet deadlines, and identifying ways to maximize efficiency and cost‑effectiveness in projects.

• Proficient in cost estimation, project analysis, and budget planning related to roofing and construction
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans
• Familiarity with vendor management, procurement processes, and supplier relationships
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer relationship management skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with relevant estimating software and tools
• Previous experience in roofing or construction industry is preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
