Our client, a leading cost consultancy in Edinburgh and Glasgow is hiring Senior and Associate Director Quantity Surveyors in both their offices, this is due to a major increase in project workload and strategic growth for 2026.Known for one of the best reputations in the Scottish and UK cost consultancy markets, an incredible variety of projects within the property and real estate sector and a company that will fully support your career through wordclass in-house training and development, and a household name that sells itself.

Projects you can expect to be involved in; data centres worldwide, commercial real estate, education, leisure facilities, industrial, master-planning, major fitout/refurb developments etc.

What you’ll be doing :

Leading the commercial delivery of projects across Scotland Managing and developing a high-performing cost consultancy team Being the trusted advisor for key clients, driving value, quality and outcomes

Steering business development, bid work and key account growth

Supporting strategic decisions and contributing to the Glasgow leadership group

Strong PQS background at Senior QS/Associate levelMRICS Experience delivering complex projects in consultancy

Confident in leading teams and building long-term client relationships
