Competitive + Benefits Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time An established construction consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing Project Management team.

This is a senior, client-facing position offering responsibility for the delivery of construction projects and programmes from inception through to completion.

You'll take ownership of your own projects, work closely with key clients and stakeholders, and support the continued development of junior members of the team.

The Role As Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Leading the delivery of construction projects through the full project lifecycle

Managing multiple and increasingly complex projects and programmes

Acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors

Developing and managing project programmes

Managing project risk, change, opportunities and issues

Leading project and stakeholder meetings

Providing clear and accurate project reporting

Advising clients on procurement and contractual matters

Preparing and evaluating tenders and supporting contractor/consultant selection

Supporting contract administration across JCT and NEC contracts

Leading and supporting risk and value management activities

Managing competing priorities while maintaining high standards of delivery

Supporting bids, tenders and wider business development

Mentoring and developing junior members of the Project Management team Working alongside Associates and Directors on strategic and complex commissions

What We're Looking For You'll ideally have:5+ years' Project Management experience within the construction industry

Strong experience within a consultancy or client-side Project Management environmentA track record of delivering projects through the full lifecycle

Strong knowledge of construction and the wider project delivery process

Experience working with JCT and/or NEC contracts

Good knowledge of procurement, programming, change control, risk and value management

Experience managing multiple or complex projects

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

The confidence to lead meetings, advise clients and challenge where required

Experience supporting, mentoring or managing junior colleaguesA relevant degree would be preferred, with professional qualifications such as MAPM, MRICS, PRINCE2 or equivalent beneficial.
