Key Responsibilities:

Substantial re-cladding and residential projects.

Influence and strengthen all aspects of technical delivery within the team.

Progression to a management role is encouraged.

Desirable:10 years post-qualification experience.

Experience in substantial re-cladding and residential projects is advantageous.

Proficiency in Revit.

Various sector Experience working on Multi Million pound Projects.

Strong Technical Back ground working on large scale residential projects

Knowledge of Scottish building standards

Comfortable in a client facing role.

Strong Leadership qualities.
