Supporting strategic change initiatives, automation projects and process transformation activity.
Building effective relationships across Markets, Treasury and wider business functions to influence and deliver successful outcomes.

Experience supporting regulatory change initiatives within Markets Operations and understanding industry developments impacting collateral management.
Knowledge of OTC derivatives and collateralised trading products.
Experience identifying and delivering automation or operational improvement opportunities.
Experience contributing to transformation programmes or future-state operating model design.
