About this opportunity

Group Sourcing and Supplier Management (GS&SM) plays a vital role in delivering both cost efficiencies and revenue generation. We work closely with colleagues across the business to understand their needs and help them make informed decisions that balance pace, value and risk when acquiring goods and services.

We're looking for a Framework Integration Assistant Manager to help deliver key regulatory, risk and audit activities across GS&SM. This is an opportunity to work with policy owners, risk teams, Internal Audit and sourcing colleagues to turn findings into meaningful change, strengthen our framework and support critical business priorities.

What you'll do:

Translate external gap-analysis findings into clear, actionable plans and monitor delivery against regulatory deadlines.

Partner with around 20 policy owners to embed agreed requirements into the Sourcing and Supplier Management Framework.

Coordinate responses to second-line risk reviews and Internal Audit reports, validating findings and resolving factual inaccuracies.

Establish and maintain robust action plans, including ownership, milestones, evidence tracking, risk management and escalation processes.

Manage framework-related shared mailbox activity, coordinating input from subject matter experts and producing regular reporting.

Build and maintain strong working relationships across policy, risk, audit and GS&SM teams to support effective delivery and governance.
