Key Responsibilities- Create a warm and welcoming environment that fosters well‑being and comfort
- Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care in a therapeutic residential setting
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children and young people to understand and cater to their individual needs
- Assist with daily living activities, including meals, medication and personal care
- Collaborate with the team of professionals to support physical, emotional and social needs
- Participate in regular training and personal development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory standards
- Contribute to the development and growth of the team
- Compassionate, patient and empathetic nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in care (desirable but not essential)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and requirements
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and respecting children’s dignity
