- You'll inherit a book of SME and mid-market clients, generating around 200k in revenue, with a clear focus on retention and growth.

- In addition to introducers and marketing-led campaigns, you'll have access to a specialist lead generation team who act as your inside sales force-securing appointments and filling your diary with pre-qualified opportunities.

Long-Term Career Prospects
- The firm has a well-structured succession plan in place, with senior Executives set to retire in the next 3-5 years. This opens up opportunities for mentorship, career progression, and valuable client introductions.

Strong Regional Presence
- The client base is primarily situated across the East Coast and Central Belt of Scotland, so being located nearby will be beneficial.
