24,000 - 80,000 / Year
24,000pa guaranteed basic salary as well as an uncapped commission scheme.

As a guideline, our top performers usually earn more than 80,000! Successful Sales Team Leaders can typically earn between 50,000 and 65,000 per year.

Due to our continuous growth, we are now looking for experienced Sales Team Leaders to join our Company with the purpose of managing one of our field sales teams and lead them to success.

Your mission as a Team Leader:
Manage & grow your team, oversee their performance and execute the sales plan

Be accountable to achieve not only your individual but also your team’s sales targets

Motivate team members and give them feedback in order to let them improve

Build a team environment and help to develop sales stars of the future

Live and breathe the Verisure Culture, as a key fundamental pillar of the Company Train and support salespeople in the team to help them to achieve monthly targets

Convert warm leads provided into a sale and create opportunities for additional sales through referral generation. On average our call centre provides between 6 and 7 warm leads per month.

Pursue Self-Sales opportunities and build your own network

Ensure your team represent the brand and are fully compliant, working within company guidelines and policies

We will provide you with warm leads + sales tools + continuous training to help you achieve your monthly sales target! Also, you will always have the support of your Branch Manager.

Requirements from a Sales Team Leader:

Previous F2F Sales experience (4-5 years minimum)
Cold canvassing experience is a plus Previous Team Management experience (>5 people)
Commercial attitude and passion for sales

Have a full manual driver’s license

Skills needed:

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong oral communication skills

Capacity for effort and self-improvement

Strong understanding of needs / behaviour / profile

Entrepreneurial and committed

Time management
