PARTS SALES ADVISOR

We have an immediate opening for a Parts Sales Advisor. This position is responsible for selling parts to customers over-the-counter and over-the-phone to both wholesale and retail customers and providing necessary parts to the Service Department.

Some duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts
• Navigate the EPC (Electronic parts catalog)
• Provide pricing and product information to customers
• Place orders for out-of-stock parts requested by customers
• Assist in taking inventory
• Help maintain parts stock in orderly condition
• Answer telephone promptly

Job Requirements

• Requires automotive experience (parts or mechanical)
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to our valued clients
• Must be friendly and professional when working with customers as well as with co-workers
• Motivated, energetic team player
• Some heavy lifting required
