Kia Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• - Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• - Assess and accurately document customer vehicle service needs.
• - Clearly communicate vehicle issues, recommended repairs, and associated costs to customers.
• - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
• - Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions.
• - Follow up with customers regarding service status and post-service satisfaction.
• - Promote additional services or maintenance products as appropriate.

• - Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry preferred.
• - Strong communication and customer service skills.
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• - Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
• - Proficient with computer systems and service software.
• - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• - Valid drivers license.
