Jaguar Land Rover Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Jaguar Land Rover Richmond. This position will be specifically focused on the Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Midlothian, Virginia. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, as well as managing cashier duties and maintaining a neat and welcoming reception area.

• Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Handle customer inquiries and requests with prompt and courteous service
• Manage cashier duties, including processing payments and reconciling daily transactions
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry as needed
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety regulations tribunalの
• Attend training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
