Assistant Teacher

LLE Education is looking for enthusiastic Assistant Teachers who want to make a positive impact in the lives of our students. • Support the Lead Teacher in the care and education of a group of children
• Assist in managing your students as they learn, play, eat and sleep
• Keep your classroom organized and clean
• Observe your children's interests; work with other team members to develop creative ideas for engaging activities
• Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal conversations

• Must be 16 years of age (18+ with HS diploma or equivalent preferred)
• Childcare experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program
• Successful background check and VA licensing standards required

• Have a passion for early childhood education
• Are reliable and dependable to a fault – our children depend on you!
