• Responsible for professionally presenting all options available for home buyers personalization including appliances, cabinets, countertops, lighting and plumbing fixtures, flooring, etc.
• Contact each new homebuyer to schedule all homeowner selections to ensure timely workflow.
• Meet with homeowners and ensure all necessary documents are prepared and processed within the time stipulated according to the sales contract and/or slotting schedule due date.
• Provide HHHunt Homes world-class customer service by influencing and upselling options as needed to each homeowner.
• Provide continuing customer service by documenting homeowner selections and providing thank you notes and visual documentation to each homeowner following the selection meeting.
• Specify appropriate home design selections and verify installation in accordance with both quality and appearance expectations, providing the best possible package to showcase the final design of the home.
• Enter all design options into homebuilding software and customer portal, completely and accurately, and ensure the execution of any necessary addenda with homeowners.
• Maintain regular contact and communications with the homeowner and the construction team to manage the design selections process throughout the build of the home.
• Follow up with the construction team and/or customers' questions and concerns as they arise; serve as the liaison between the customer and the construction team, striving to enrich the customer experience.
• Maintain a working knowledge of each HHHunt community and specifications in order to ensure selections are documented correctly. Understand a wide variety of product knowledge and data.
• Visit job sites as needed to verify all selections in place are as specified and installed as expected.
• Work closely with fellow divisional team members from Sales, Construction, and Home Builder Services.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in interior design, customer service, or related field, or a 4-year degree in interior design or a related field and 1 year of experience in interior design, customer service, or related field.
• Design Consultant Professional Certification preferred.
• Highly organized.

HHHunt is committed to offering competitive pay. This position is paid a base salary and is eligible for commission. The starting rate for this position is $23.37/hr and may increase depending on skills and experience.
