Responsibilities
  • Source and review applications and resumes using job boards, social media, and internal tools
  • Conduct high-volume phone screenings to assess candidate interest, communication skills, and cultural fit
  • Schedule Zoom and in-person interviews between qualified candidates, the Head Recruiter, and/or District Manager
  • Maintain and update the recruiting pipeline daily within our internal tracking system (CRM or ATS)
  • Accurately track candidate progress and follow up consistently to ensure momentum is maintained
  • Represent the agency with enthusiasm, professionalism, and confidence in every interaction
  • Support onboarding efforts, including scheduling licensing exams and gathering documentation
  • Work closely with the Head Recruiter to meet weekly and monthly recruiting goals
  • Handle multiple roles and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, or administrative support is a plus, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be a confident and persuasive storyteller
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Willingness to learn the insurance industry and recruiting processes
  • Energetic, positive, and self-motivated personality
