Entry-level technical support role focused on intake, first-response support, ticket handling, monitoring response, and foundational troubleshooting.
Primary characteristics- Early-career or developing technical resource
- Works best with established process and supervision
- Builds discipline in communication, documentation, and triage
- Learns the client environments, tools, and support workflows
- Answer inbound support requests and create or update tickets
- Perform basic user support and troubleshooting
- Escalate issues with appropriate notes and context
- Respond to standard monitoring alerts and routing actions
- Follow SOPs for ticket handling, communication, and documentation
- Support routine user administration and onboarding/offboarding tasks
- Customer interaction
- Process adherence
- Ticket hygiene
- Foundational troubleshooting
Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour
