We are building a high-performance store and are seeking a General Manager who wants full operational ownership and clear accountability.

This is a leadership role with defined expectations, measurable standards, and real earning upside.

• $900/week paid training (up to 6 weeks)
• $1,050/week base salary ($54,600 annually)
• Performance-based annual bonus typically ranging from $3,500 to $10,000, determined by a defined scorecard tied to:
  • Labor percentage targets (based on net sales)
  • Food cost targets (based on ideal food cost)
  • Overall store performance metrics

Expected total compensation for strong performers ranges from approximately $58,000 to $64,000 depending on results.
