Rebound Industrial Maintenance in Midlothian, VA is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team. Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts and components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAM/CAD files
- Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for each job
- Perform in-process quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine offsets to maintain tight tolerances
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Operator, or similar role
- Proficiency with CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining centers
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and GD&T
- Experience with G-code programming and machine offsets
- Strong knowledge of precision measurement tools and quality control processes
- Attention to detail with a commitment to tight tolerances and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a shop environment
