Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in the ICU ncis Medical Center. Candidates accepting a full‑time offer may be eligible for a sign‑on bonus up to $15k.

The ICU Registered Nurse (RN) delivers exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients through:

• Utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status
• Determining the priority of patient problems and needs
• Implementing clinical interventions for acute, critical patients requiring intensive care
• Developing and performing patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes
  
  Ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct and analyze initial and ongoing patient assessments, create a plan of care, implement treatment, and evaluate effectiveness
• Synthesize and prioritize information to take immediate, evidence‑based, patient‑focused action using clinical judgment and inquiry
• Anticipate and respond with confidence, adapting to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Administer medications safely in accordance with state of practice and organizational policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred, not required)

• Current state RN license
• BLS Basic Life Support or ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support (preferred at hire; ACLS required within 6 months of hire)
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (preferred at hire; required in lieu of BLS/ACLS for Pediatric Units)

• 1 year RN experience (required)
• 6 months RN experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department (preferred)
