? Our busy, well-established team of 8 providers (4 physicians and 4 APPs) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who thrives in a collaborative yet autonomous environment.
In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our practice, delivering high-quality care to an assigned patient panel while benefiting from the convenience of on-site
lab and radiology services
. We value providers who are independent, efficient, and dedicated to building strong patient relationships.
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and education.
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with nursing staff, collaborating physicians, and specialists.
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in our EMR.
Our practice offers extended weekday and weekend hours, with a schedule designed for balance and variety:
- 3 shifts
: 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM - 1 shift
: 12:00 PM ? 7:00 PM - 1 shift
: 8:00 AM ? 12:00 PM - 1 Saturday per month
: 9:00 AM ? 3:00 PM
- Minimum 2 years of family practice experience (preferred).
- Current Virginia NP or PA license
. - Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
- Team-oriented with a positive, patient-focused approach.
