Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to cover naturalization (Form N-400) application costs up to $725 for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

- Depending on state regulations and certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with medication and treatments as prescribed, observing and reporting responses.
- Certified Medication Aides/Techs will maintain the medication supply area, assist with audits, and coordinate medication deliveries with pharmacies.
- Certification and training completion are required based on state regulations.
