Exciting Opportunity: $2,000 Sign-On Bonus!

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough adult and geriatric assessments, including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, and health education.
• Administer and order necessary point-of-care and lab-based testing.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide services directly at the member’s residence, whether at home or in skilled nursing facilities.

• Flexibility: Schedule visits based on YOUR availability, with assessments conducted from Sunday to Saturday, 8 am – 7 pm.
• Competitive Pay: Earn based on the number of assessments completed, with potential monthly earnings ranging from $1,800 to $11,500 .

• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience with NP or PA licensure.
• Current NP or PA licensure in your state, including prescription authority.
• Board certification in relevant specialties (Adult, Family, etc.).
• Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
• 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply!
• Valid state driver's license and proof of adequate automobile insurance.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with medical record software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
