Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Lead and energize the FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

* Set the tone for service and create a positive, welcoming environment

* Train, coach, and support team members in hospitality excellence

* Respond to guest concerns with urgency, care, and professionalism

* Monitor cleanliness, order accuracy, and dining room flow

* Maintain security and accountability for all cash handling

* Serve as a keyholder and lead successful shift transitions

* Communicate team performance and development needs to leadership

What We're Looking For:

* Prior experience as Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Supervisor, or FOH Manager

* Hospitality-minded leader with a heart for serving people

* Excellent communicator with a professional demeanor

* Positive, enthusiastic, and dependable

* Strong sense of urgency and team-oriented mindset

* Passion for developing others and creating a great guest experience

* 1+ year of stable job tenure preferred

* Reliable transportation and availability for flexible shifts
