• Preparing and executing dishes with consistency, care, and urgency.
• Mastering stations including Grill, Sauté, Cold Side, and Appetizers.
• Maintaining a clean, efficient, and organized workstation.
  
  Upholding the highest standards for food safety, sanitation, and presentation.
• Supporting your fellow cooks with clear communication and sharp execution.

• Prior experience on the line—especially Grill or Sauté.
• A working knowledge of kitchen tools, techniques, and safety procedures.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• A team-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

$15.00/hr - $19.00/hr
