• Assist in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best.
• Strategize to achieve team sales goals as a sales lead.
• Act as a key holder and execute maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store.
• Interact regularly with customers, providing styling advice.
• Support the development of leadership skills and team building.

• At least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of customer service experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment.
