Responsibilities:
Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. Primary responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and building wardrobes, while also participating in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation to achieve sales goals.

General work expectations:

• Guide the customer through our brand experience to make authentic connections
• Provide product knowledge to advise on style and fit, cultivating loyalty
• Cash Wrap/Cashier duties: use store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to stay informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with a customer-focused approach
• Product flow/shipping and receiving: support shipment processes and omni order fulfillment, including in-store and curbside pick-up

Position Requirements:

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment, while managing competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
