Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) position rting hourly rate: $15.50 per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and thank them for choosing to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures where certified.
• Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely, comply with safety policies and training, report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with laws (e.g., adult beverage laws).
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; drive-up and carryout duties may be involved.
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a shift.
